2. Boutique Print-on-Demand (POD) Model
MacDarel products are boutique items created specifically for you upon order.
- Fulfillment: Because we do not hold “off-the-shelf” stock, production typically takes 2–7 business days before an item is ready to ship.
- Visual Representation: We use high-fidelity digital mockups to showcase our designs. While we strive for absolute accuracy, slight variations in color saturation or print placement may occur based on the specific garment material or screen calibration.
3. Purchases, Payments & Currency
We facilitate global transactions in USD, EUR and GBP.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on production costs or regional adjustments.
- Duties & Taxes: For international orders, the customer is the “importer of record” and is responsible for any local VAT, customs duties, or import fees levied by their country’s authorities.
4. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates from our fulfillment partners. Offstage Media Group LTD is not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds (The “Custom-Made” Policy)
Because each item is custom-printed for you through our partner, Printful, we maintain the following policy:
