1. The Production Process (Fulfillment)
We do not hold “off-the-shelf” stock. When you hit “Buy,” our production partner, Printful, begins crafting your item.
- Fulfillment Time: It takes 2–5 business days to print, sew, and quality-check your order.
- Why? This ensures that every product from our Collections piece meets our aesthetic standards and reduces global waste.
2. Global Shipping (USD / EUR / GBP)
Once your item is crafted, it is shipped via our global logistics network.
- Shipping Times: You will see a specific delivery estimate at Checkout based on your location in the USA, UK, or EU.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves the facility.
- Customs: For international orders, please be aware that your local customs office may apply duties or taxes—these are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. The MacDarel Guarantee
We stand behind the art we create. Our promise to you is simple: You will receive exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition, at your doorstep.
- Damaged or Wrong Items: If we make a mistake—if the product is physically damaged or we sent the wrong design/size by error—we will fix it. Contact us at support@macdarel.com within 14 days with a photo of the issue, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund immediately.
4. Returns & “Buyer’s Remorse”
Because every item is custom-made for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for “buyer’s remorse.”
- We do not accept returns because you “changed your mind” or “don’t like” the product after it arrives.
- Size Matters: Please consult the Size Charts on each product page before you buy. We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection.
